So, first of all, I am happy with this filtration system.But I’m even more pleased with the customer service after purchase, it’s fantastic, thank you so much Francis!!!As for the system itself, it is very easy to install.The only thing I had to buy was a stub and an adapter (2 euros), since the standard connector was not suitable for Spain.I did not drill any hole for the drain; I had an additional drain and I also periodically use this water for my washing robotic vacuum cleaner so as not to waste it down the drain, since during osmosis the water consumption in this system without a pump is quite large 1:3.My system arrived with a small membrane defect, but iSpring’s fantastic support service sorted it out very quickly and now I’m waiting a new RO membrane to replace the defective one.Regarding water measurements, since I am quite concerned about the quality of the water that my family drinks, I have various water testers, which is how I discovered the membrane issue.1. Tap waterTDS: +-600Ph: +-7.52. Water from the store (purified through a membrane with remineralization)TDS: +-40Ph: +-7.53.
